SYNCHRO NICE 9 We at SynchroPhoto and SynchroNice feel this relief and the happiness when we book our plane tickets for Helsinki to cover the Finlandia Trophy every early October. Finally, this is our start of the season we’ve also started craving for. Only Europe’s top 5 or 6 in Synchronized Skating teams gather in Helsinki at the Finlandia Trophy to show us a first glimpse of the new season. During this Single, Pair and Ice-dance competition these teams will only show us the new short program, but we also get to hear the new music and see the new faces, new costumes and very important…. We get to meet old friends. We expected a new stunt from Russians Team Paradise because of their supremacy over the past few years. Instead it was the Rockettes to take the win with their beautiful short program “Tiger”. Obviously, all teams still have some work to do on minor details to improve their program, but we saw some sparkling and very refreshing programs. Very promising for the new season.
