of theme, the choice and making of the dresses. Being a Synchronized Skater is clearly hard work and very demanding even in summer. On the second day, as we’re watching one of the practice sessions with the little ones, another familiar face enters the ice rink. It’s Pascal Denis. Together with Marilyn Langlois, he’s responsi ble for the coaching of the Canadian team, Les Supremes. Today he’s scheduled for another long session with the Senior team of the Zagreb Snow flakes. Pascal is preparing the new programs for the Snowflakes and he praises the team’s enthu siasm and motivation. In this edition you’ll also find an exclusive interview with Pascal Denis. After a few days at Snowflakes summer camp, the progression in their programs was clear and made us wonder. If a team can do this in just several days, why isn’t it possible for teams to be ready for competition in, let’s say, October? Expanding the season by a few months, would benefit the sport. Sponsors for instance will be more interested, if a season in longer than just 4 months or so. We really enjoyed our summer stay in Zagreb with the Snowflakes and are grateful for their generous invitation. Thank you, Zoran, thank you coaches and thank you Snowflakes family.  125 SYNCHRO NICE
